  • How soon can you install at my home?

    Depending on your location, we can install at your home within the week!

  • What if I'm not in your service zone?

    Even if you're not currently in our service zone, we still encourage you to sign up. All entries are taken into consideration when we decide to expand our network. If you would like to have your neighborhood at the top of our list, encourage your neighbors to sign up!

  • What is installation like?

    Installation can vary significatly depending on your location. In an ideal scenario, we simply put our antenna by a window, but sometimes we may need to have our antenna mounted on a roof for a clearer signal. Contact us for a free site survey to see what works best for your home or business. 

  • Does weather affect my connection?

    No, since Lakeside Networks operates underneath any cloud coverage, we are unaffected by weather when compared to satellite based internet, but like any internet provider your internet could still be affected by a large storm.

  • Are there any fees on top of my monthly price?

    No. All advertised plans come at a flat rate price and that is what you will be charged on a monthly basis.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit card providers, cash, checks, and direct bank account transfers. Our card transactions are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

  • Manage an apartment complex or are you a member of a Home Owners' Association?

    We offer solutions to service apartment buildings for individual tenants or the entire building at once at a competitive rate. If you are a member of a home owners' association and are out of our service area, we may be able to bring fiber to you with enough interest.

  • I am an active subscriber and I have questions/need help with my service, where can I reach you?

    You can submit a ticket via your customer portal login, or for general questions you can also e-mail support@tonka.network.

  • Lakeside Networks on Net Neutrality?

    Avid supporters, huge fans. We believe all of your traffic is to be treated equally and we won't throttle your traffic based on the website you are visiting.
