This page is made to provide information regarding your new internet service and collect info needed from you to schedule your installation. Your new internet is included in your rent.
We are a local internet provider founded and ran by Lake Minnetonka residents for Lake Minnetonka residents. We are 100% locally owned and operated since 2019. We are located just down the road in Spring Park from Dockside Apartments and we're excited to welcome you and Dockside onto our network!
01 Schedule Installation
Using the scheduling form below, please enter your info and select and installation date. There is no charge to you for installation, and the internet service is included within your rent.
02 Installation Date
The day of your scheduled installation a Lakeside Networks technician will arrive and assist with your installation. Please allocate between 45 minutes to an hour and a half for installation, we appreciate it!
03 Post Installation
Post-installation internet support will be handled by Lakeside Networks. You may reach us at 612-444-8664 or support@tonka.network. Lakeside Networks does not provide support for TV services.
If you ever move out of your unit, please leave your equipment behind for the next tenant or you may be charged a replacement cost.

Important Information
- Lakeside Networks is providing equipment at no additional cost to you, but remains the owner of the equipment. If you are to ever move out, please leave this equipment behind or you may be charged by us or your management for replacing them.
- There is no installation charge to you
- Your base plan is billed through your building management, any service upgrades are billed directly by us
